Common questions about pricing.
Does the $199 license really include AI?
Yes. Clip scoring, transcription, semantic search, and timeline assembly all run on-device using Apple Vision Framework and Whisper, fully included. RushDeck Cloud AI ($24.99/mo) is optional and only needed if you want managed inference without setup or your own API keys.
What happens after my first year? Can I keep using the app?
Yes. The Lifetime License is exactly that — perpetual. You keep the version you have plus any updates released within your first year. After year one, you can buy a 12-month Update Pass ($69) any time you want a new feature window — for example when a new macOS release lands and you need a compatible RushDeck build. No subscription, no auto-renewal: pay only for the windows you actually want.
How does VAT work?
Paddle is the merchant of record and automatically calculates and includes the correct VAT (EU), GST (UK, Australia, etc.), or sales tax (US) at checkout based on your location. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We additionally offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all customers worldwide. See the Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
