Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds work when you purchase RushDeck. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer protection beyond what statutory law requires.

1. Lifetime License — 30-day Money-back Guarantee

If you purchase a RushDeck Lifetime License and decide it’s not the right tool for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies regardless of your country of residence.

You don’t need to provide a reason. We may ask for brief feedback to improve the product, but it is voluntary.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer (i.e., not purchasing for business purposes) and resident in the European Union, you have the right under EU consumer law to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date the purchase contract was concluded (typically the day of payment confirmation).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unambiguous statement — for example, an email to hello@rushdeck.app. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. RushDeck Cloud AI Subscription

The RushDeck Cloud AI subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without any charge.

After the trial:

• Monthly subscription: Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds for the current period are issued, but you keep access until the period ends.
• Annual subscription: If you cancel within 30 days of the renewal or first purchase, you receive a full refund of that period’s payment, provided no significant cloud-AI usage has been consumed (more than 10% of the included monthly quota). Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.
• Overage charges: Per-minute overage charges (above the included monthly quota) are non-refundable once incurred, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• EU consumers: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the subscription as well, in addition to the conditions above.

4. Update Pass

The Update Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal to cancel. If you decide the Update Pass was not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. EU consumers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to this guarantee. To request a refund, follow the same procedure as for the Lifetime License (see Section 5).

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@rushdeck.app with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• Your Paddle order ID or transaction reference (visible in your purchase confirmation email)
• Optionally, the reason for the refund (helps us improve)

You may also use the Paddle customer portal directly: paddle.net.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. The refund is initiated within 2 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear back on your account within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Exceptions

• Refunds are not available beyond 30 days from the original purchase date for the Lifetime License (statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected).
• Refunds may be denied or pro-rated if there is evidence of license-key sharing, license abuse, or material breach of the Terms of Service.
• Educational, volume, or promotional discounts may have specific refund conditions, communicated at the time of purchase.
